Do I need an appointment?
While we recommend estimate appointments, they are not required. Appointments to have a repair completed are necessary.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all work performed on your vehicle unless expressly stated.
Do you offer complete vehicle paint jobs?
We can refinish any panel that needs to be repaired on your vehicle however, we do not offer complete vehicle paint jobs.
How do I know when my car is ready?
We will keep you updated on the repair process as much as possible. When your vehicle is nearing completion, a member of our team will reach out and coordinate a pick-up time. You can also use our online "Repair Status" tool located under the "My Repair" tab.
My insurance company says I need to take my car to one of their recommended shops, what do I do?
Insurance companies will often try to direct you to one of their recommended shops; You the insurance carrier have the option to bring your vehicle to any shop of your choosing.
How do I get a rental car?
Enterprise car rental is our preferred rental car agency. Located at 275 N, FL A1A Alt, Jupiter, FL 33477 they're so close you can see them from our driveway! Enterprise also offers free pickup and dropoff at our shop.
Can you match my paint color?
Jupiter Auto Body has made a substantial investment in what we feel is the finest paint system available. We mix all of our color on-site to ensure that each vehicle’s paint is mixed and matched properly. We pride ourselves in our ability to match factory finishes perfectly.
What brand of paint do you use?
We use exclusively use R-M Diamont basecoat to ensure perfect color matches. We use the same paint on all vehicles, from Toyotas to Ferrari's.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept properly signed insurance checks, cash, certified checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as Apple and Android pay. We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.
How long should I wait before washing my car?
Important recommendations and precautions during the first 30 days after painting:
DO’s
- Wash your vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution, using a soft cloth or sponge.
- Always use clean, fresh water.
- Wash your vehicle in the shade.
Don'ts
- Avoid commercial car washes – stiff brushes and sponges can mar the vehicle’s finish and damage its surface.
- Don’t “dry wipe” your vehicle as this can scratch the finish.
- Don’t drive on gravel roads – your vehicle’s finish can be easily chipped during the first 30 days.
- Avoid parking under trees and utility lines that are likely to attract birds – bird droppings have a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface. Also, tree sap can mar or spot a new finish.
- Don’t spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid or windshield solvent on the new finish.
During the first 90 days:
Don’t wax or polish your vehicle – it’s important to allow the finish to dry and harden completely.
